My Adventures with Superman concludes Season 3 with ‘The Return’ finale

The third season of the Adult Swim animated series ‘My Adventures with Superman’ concluded with the finale titled ‘The Return’. The episode follows Clark Kent as he attempts to regain his powers and protect Metropolis from the Eradicator, a villain created from a fusion of Lex Luthor’s DNA and Superman’s.

During the finale, Clark interacts with Brainiac, choosing compassion over aggression to convince the entity to recognize him as Krypton’s rightful heir. Meanwhile, the Eradicator causes widespread destruction in Metropolis, utilizing a fleet of Kryptonian bots and Superman-beasts. Lex Luthor attempts to use a mind-control helmet to remotely shut down the Eradicator, but the villain manages to reverse the hack, turning the technology against the heroes.

While Season 3 has achieved record-breaking viewership, showrunners have not yet confirmed a renewal for a fourth season.
