My Adventures With Superman introduces Superboy for Season 3 launch
The animated series My Adventures With Superman will return for a third season on Adult Swim, debuting June 13 at midnight ET/PT and becoming available on HBO Max the following day. The new season adds a major DC character: Connor Kent, known as Superboy, voiced by Darren Criss. A first‑look image of the character’s redesign was released, confirming his role in the show’s adaptation of the comic "Reign of the Supermen" storyline, which will also feature Cyborg Superman and other legacy heroes.
Season 3 continues to follow Clark Kent’s early career at the Daily Planet, while expanding the supporting cast, including Lois Lane, Jimmy Olsen, and Kara Zor‑El. Executive producers include James Gunn, Peter Safran, and Sam Register, with returning voice talent Jack Quaid as Clark Kent and Alice Lee as Lois Lane. The announcement highlights the series’ focus on identity and legacy themes, now explored through Superboy’s clone origin.
The series’ renewal and casting were revealed at Collider’s Summer Preview event, underscoring the show’s growing popularity among fans seeking a fresh, character‑driven take on the Superman mythos.
