My Big Fat Shawarma to open new Beverly Hills location

My Big Fat Shawarma, a fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant brand based in Warren, is set to open its fourth location in Beverly Hills, Michigan, on September 12. The new 3,360-square-foot establishment, located at 31243 Southfield Road, will feature an outdoor patio and is expected to employ approximately 15 people.

The menu will include signature shawarma bowls, wraps, and sides featuring steak, chicken, and falafel, alongside soups, desserts, and various beverages. Founder and CEO Marcos Kiminaia described the expansion as a major milestone for the brand.

The grand opening event will include several giveaways, such as free food for the first 100 guests, gift cards, and an electric bike valued at $4,400. The celebration also highlights the brand’s partnership with NBA player Isaiah Stewart, offering prizes such as signed jerseys and basketballs.
