My Dinh apartment prices in Hanoi rise to 90 million VND per square meter
Real estate prices in the My Dinh apartment complexes of western Hanoi have seen a significant increase over the past two decades. Once priced between 8 million and 12 million VND per square meter in 2005, current asking prices for older units in the My Dinh 1 and My Dinh 2 areas now range from 50 million to 90 million VND per square meter.
In the My Dinh 1 area, two-bedroom apartments are commonly listed between 5 billion and 6.8 billion VND, while three-bedroom units range from 6.5 billion to 8.5 billion VND. In My Dinh 2, which includes projects developed by the Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUD), two-bedroom apartments are priced around 5 to 6 billion VND, and three-bedroom units range from 6 billion to 7.5 billion VND. Larger units or those with premium interior finishes can exceed 10 billion VND.
The price surge is attributed to the area's established infrastructure, proximity to major roads like Ham Nghi and Nguyen Co Thach, and access to essential services including schools, hospitals, and sports facilities.
