My Hero Academia announces new project reveal for 10th anniversary

The My Hero Academia franchise has announced a special livestream event to reveal a new project as part of its 10th anniversary celebrations. The event, titled ‘All Might Nippon YouTube Special Edition: 10th Anniversary Midterm Report’, is scheduled for September 20.

The broadcast will be hosted by voice actors Daiki Yamashita and Nobuhiko Okamoto, who provide the voices for the series' protagonists Izuku Midoriya and Katsuki Bakugo. In addition to the new project reveal, the program will review the fifteen active projects launched for the anniversary and feature live performances of iconic scenes selected by fan votes.

The original manga by Kohei Horikoshi concluded in August 2024, and the anime adaptation recently completed its final season. Recent releases have included epilogue episodes and short anime segments exploring the characters' lives as professional heroes.
