My Hero Academia celebrates 10th anniversary with “You Say Run” remix

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the My Hero Academia anime, Toho Animation has announced a special remix of the iconic theme song, “You Say Run.” The new version features a collaboration between the original composer, Yuki Hayashi, and the German band Electric Callboy.

The reworked track blends the original orchestral arrangement with Electric Callboy’s signature mix of EDM and pop hooks. Members of the band, Kevin Ratajczak and Nico Sallach, contributed English lyrics to the project. The remix made its live debut during the “My Hero Academia in Concert” event in London on September 20 and is scheduled for a global release on streaming platforms on September 22.

To mark the occasion, the animation studio Bones also released a special key visual featuring the character Izuku Midoriya. The release is part of a broader series of projects commemorating a decade since the franchise's original debut.
