My Hero Academia franchise releases new short film and illustrations

The My Hero Academia franchise has released new content, including the animated short film "I am a hero too." To mark the premiere, manga creator Kohei Horikoshi shared special illustrations featuring an adult version of the protagonist, Izuku Midoriya (Deku), as well as a depiction of the character Eri.

Additionally, a special official wallpaper was released to celebrate the birthday of the character Himiko Toga. The artwork, shared via official social media channels, features a close-up of the villain in a style that blends Horikoshi's manga aesthetic with a magenta and black-and-white color palette.

The short film, produced by studio Bones, has transitioned from its initial Japanese broadcast to various streaming platforms for a wider audience.
