My Hero Ultra Rumble launches Season 19 with Shoto Todoroki

My Hero Ultra Rumble has launched Season 19, which introduces Shoto Todoroki (Phosphor) as a new Rapid-type fighter. This version of the character utilizes an evolved version of his Half-Cold Half-Hot Quirk, allowing players to combine fire and ice attacks to inflict Burn and Frozen status effects.

Key abilities for this character include Frozen Body Blade Flash, which uses ice projectiles, and Crimson Lotus Flame Slash, a sweeping flame attack. When the Flashfire Fist: Phosphor ability is activated, the character gains access to cold flame techniques such as Coldflame Pale Blade and Great Glacial Aegir. Additionally, the character features enhanced mobility through the Ice Slide ability, which allows for rapid traversal and wall scaling.

Season 19 also marks the game's 3rd Anniversary celebration. This milestone includes special events, rewards, and various rolls, such as the 3rd Anniversary Costume Roll, which guarantees one of four PUR costumes. Several popular Battle Styles are also returning for this season.
