My Hung - Cienco5 New Urban Area undergoes detailed planning review

The My Hung - Cienco5 New Urban Area project, covering approximately 193.07 hectares, is undergoing the finalization of its 1/500 scale detailed planning. The project aims to develop an ecological, modern, and smart urban model, including improvements to technical and social infrastructure, architectural space, and landscapes.

During a recent meeting held by the Tam Hung Commune People's Committee, local authorities proposed several adjustments to the master plan to better meet future residential needs. Key recommendations include increasing the land area for a secondary school from 1.4 hectares to 2.1 hectares to accommodate projected population growth.

Local officials also emphasized the need for synchronized transportation connectivity with existing residential areas and improved drainage systems to prevent flooding. Additional requests were made to increase land for parking spaces and to re-evaluate the location of the solid waste collection site near National Highway 21C and Ring Road 4 to better protect the urban landscape and environment.
