Myall Park grazing property to be auctioned in Narrabri
Myall Park, a 643-hectare (1,589-acre) grazing property located 12km north of Narrabri, is scheduled for auction on September 24. The property, offered by Dr. Andrew and Janet Paas and family, features a mix of approximately 50 per cent open plains and lightly timbered grazing country.
The land consists of predominantly black soils, reddish/brown loams, and clay soils. Water infrastructure includes six dams and two equipped bores. On-site improvements include two sets of cattle yards, a hay shed, and a 12x9m machinery shed.
Marketing agent James Thomas of Nutrien Harcourts stated the property is well-suited for livestock breeding and backgrounding, noting its potential for increased productivity through pasture improvement. The auction in Narrabri carries a price guide of $3.5 million. Additionally, the 110-hectare Reinura property, located 10km east of Narrabri, will also be auctioned on the same day.
