Mykhailo Mudryk sidelined with ankle injury at Tottenham

Mykhailo Mudryk, currently on loan at Tottenham Hotspur from Chelsea, is expected to be sidelined until November due to an ankle injury sustained during training. The injury occurred shortly after his debut for Tottenham against Nottingham Forest.

Former Ukraine manager Myron Markevych expressed hope that the winger will return to his previous form to assist the national team. Markevych noted that Ukraine’s recent performances in the UEFA Nations League were impacted by the absence of several key players due to injuries, including Mudryk.

Mudryk’s move to Tottenham followed the conclusion of a doping ban he received in 2024. The loan agreement includes an option for Tottenham to make the transfer permanent for a fee of £75 million.
