Mykonos real estate facing wave of upcoming auctions

A series of real estate auctions is scheduled to take place on the island of Mykonos between September and January. Approximately 15 auctions involving agricultural land, residential properties, and unfinished buildings are planned as companies and individuals face debt-related liquidations.

In the Agrari area, one significant auction scheduled for December 12 involves four agricultural plots totaling 36.7 acres. Managed by doValue, these properties have a combined starting price of approximately 4,388,000 euros. The individual plots within this group have starting bids ranging from 888,000 to 1,686,000 euros.
