Myles Garrett moves to Los Angeles Rams; Chloe Kim says she didn't orchestrate trade

Defensive end Myles Garrett was traded from the Cleveland Browns to the Los Angeles Rams in a blockbuster deal that sent Jared Verse, a 2027 first‑round pick, a 2028 second‑round pick and a 2029 third‑round pick to Cleveland. The move marked one of the biggest transactions in recent NFL history and placed Garrett in a market close to his girlfriend, Olympic snowboarder Chloe Kim.

Kim addressed circulating rumors on TikTok, joking that fans gave her “too much credit” and confirming she had no role in the negotiations. She expressed excitement about showing Garrett around her hometown of Torrance, California, and praised his decision to join the Rams. Garrett, who holds a no‑trade clause in his $160 million contract, said the personal dimension of the move was an important factor and thanked Cleveland fans for his nine seasons with the team.
