Mynavi Publishing uses generative AI for book promotion

Mynavi Publishing and Kaiba Co., Ltd. have launched a new promotional campaign for the book ‘Working, Living, and Connecting’ using generative AI. The initiative involves creating both AI-generated animation and AI-generated manga to visualize the book's themes and characters.

Rather than simply summarizing the text, the project aims to create a ‘reason to open the book’ by capturing the emotional essence and core messages of the work. This approach is designed to reach readers through various digital channels, including social media, online bookstores, and digital signage at physical locations like the Yaesu Book Center in Tokyo.

The book, authored by Nobuyuki Nitta and Hiroaki Nakajima, focuses on providing insights into work-life balance and human connection through a narrative format. The AI-driven content serves as a new communication tool to bridge the gap between traditional book covers and the immersive experience of reading.
