Mynavi to host DX and organizational restructuring seminar

Mynavi will host an online seminar titled ‘TECH+ Seminar DX day for Executive 2026 Sep.’ on September 18. The event focuses on how organizations should evolve through the reconstruction of business foundations, decision-making processes, and digital transformation (DX).

The seminar aims to address common corporate challenges, such as the inability to scale DX results across an entire company, the failure of business processes to change after system implementation, and difficulties in connecting AI and data utilization with existing organizational structures.

Key sessions include a keynote by Atsushi Yazawa, former CIO of Casio Computer, regarding the redesign of business and digital foundations. Other speakers include Shigeo Kagami from Sugi Pharmacy, discussing ‘Analog & AI Transformation,’ and Iwao Nakayama from Asteria, who will address how generative AI is reshaping field-led DX structures.
