MyPorta claims larger UK property inventory than Rightmove

MyPorta, a new AI-powered property portal developed by AI Property Intelligence Ltd, has launched in the UK market, claiming to host a larger inventory of available listings than Rightmove.

As of 21 September 2026, MyPorta reported 860,242 available properties, which is 182,000 more than Rightmove’s 678,002 listings. This represents a 26.9% lead in inventory. The platform achieves this through automated indexing of estate agents’ public websites rather than relying exclusively on direct uploads or data feeds. MyPorta directs users back to the original agent’s website and offers free listings for agents.

The inventory disparity is notable across several regions. In London, MyPorta claims 165,732 properties compared to Rightmove’s 86,780. In Scotland, the platform reports 52,359 properties against 20,063 on Rightmove. In Northern Ireland, MyPorta lists 14,900 properties compared to 103 on Rightmove. MyPorta’s definition of ‘available’ excludes properties marked as sold subject to contract, under offer, sale agreed, or let agreed.

Beyond indexing, the platform features conversational search technology, allowing users to use natural language to specify requirements such as transport links, school proximity, or outdoor space.
