myPOS launches myPOS Flex Android Smart POS terminal

myPOS has announced the launch of myPOS Flex, a new Android-based Smart POS terminal designed for professionals, small businesses, and mobile vendors. The compact device features a 4-inch touchscreen and is intended to bridge the gap between limited entry-level readers and expensive, complex traditional terminals.

The device supports various payment methods, including cards, contactless payments, and digital wallets. Beyond simple transactions, it integrates sales management tools such as recording sales, processing refunds, managing pre-authorizations, and handling gift cards. It also features a multi-operator mode and allows for digital receipt sharing via QR codes to reduce paper usage.

Engineered for mobility, the terminal includes 4G/Wi-Fi connectivity via eSIM and offers a battery life capable of handling over 550 transactions per charge. This makes it suitable for diverse environments, including restaurants, food trucks, markets, and delivery services. Additionally, funds collected through the device are deposited into myPOS accounts within seconds to assist with daily cash flow management.
