MyRadl bikesharing expands with two new stations in Holzkirchen, Germany
The MyRadl bike‑sharing service, operated by the Münchner Verkehrs‑ und Tarifverbund (MVV) and Nextbike, has added two new rental stations to the Holzkirchen municipality. One station is located on the main street in Föching next to the community book‑exchange kiosk and bike‑service point, and the other is at the fire‑house in Großhartpenning. With these additions, the system now offers bikes at seven locations across Holzkirchen, providing commuters and residents a flexible alternative for short trips and a complement to public transport.
The bikes are accessed via the Nextbike or MVGO mobile apps and can be returned to any official MyRadl station in the network, including across municipal borders. An existing station on the west side of the Holzkirchen railway station was temporarily shifted about 50 m because of Deutsche Bahn construction work. Further expansion is planned for January 2027, when the service will reach Weyarn, Valley, Miesbach, Waakirchen, Gmund and Bad Tölz.
