Mysterious Batman figure performs charitable acts in London

An unidentified individual dressed in a Batman costume has been performing various charitable acts across London since late September to help residents cope with the rising cost of living.

Reported actions include paying for fuel at gas stations, covering parking fines near hospitals, and distributing free umbrellas during recent storms. The individual has also been seen selling meals, such as chicken and chips, for as little as one pound and distributing small items like hand fans in the subway.

While the person's identity remains unconfirmed, social media speculation has linked the figure to various personalities, though some individuals have denied involvement. The character first appeared near the London Eye, declaring an intention to solve the everyday problems of Londoners.
