MZRA releases debut album 'Seen' and launches Tao Collection imprint

British drum‑and‑bass producer MZRA has issued his new album ‘Seen’, a five‑year‑long project that emphasizes minimal processing and off‑grid sampling. The release, scheduled for 7 August, aims for a contemplative listening experience rather than instant impact.

The album also marks the debut of The Tao Collection, MZRA’s own imprint created after nearly a decade of planning. He explained, “I tend to be drawn to absence, nothingness, and the courage to reach for my inmost emotion and feelings to weave them into the very fabric of my art.” The label will serve as a pressure‑free home for his future releases.
