Na Ngoi hosts ‘Trăng thu biên cương’ Mid-Autumn program for border children

The ninth annual ‘Trăng thu biên cương’ (Mid-Autumn Moon at the Border) program was held on the night of September 12, 2026, at the Na Ngoi boarding school in Nghe An province. Directed by the Political Department of the Vietnam People's Army, the event was organized in coordination with the Military Central Television, the Border Guard Command, the Vietnam Coast Guard, and various military regional commands.

The program aimed to support disadvantaged children in border and island regions. Activities included musical performances, magic shows, and an artistic fireworks display provided by the Z121 Factory. To support local students, Military Bank (MB) provided 20 ‘Stepping into the Future’ scholarships valued at 5 million VND each, while other military agencies and local authorities contributed additional scholarships, bicycles, and various gifts to encourage education in the remote area.
