NABC Preseason Poll ranks Daemen and McKendree in Division II Men's Basketball

The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) has released its preseason NCAA Division II Men's Basketball poll, featuring two notable rankings.

Daemen University has been ranked No. 15 in the nation. The Wildcats, coming off a 33-2 season as the reigning East Coast Conference and NCAA Division II East Region champions, are the only team from the East Region included in the top 25. Their upcoming schedule includes matchups against ranked opponents Saint Anselm, Saint Michael's, and No. 3 ranked Gannon.

McKendree University has earned the No. 20 ranking, marking the first time the program has appeared in the preseason poll during its NCAA era. Following a 22-8 season, the Bearcats return 11 players to the roster. They are scheduled to open their season at home against Tiffin University on November 13.
