NAC Care to manage health guidance project for Hadano City

NAC Care Co., Ltd. has been commissioned by Hadano City in Kanagawa Prefecture to manage the 2026 fiscal year specific health guidance encouragement notification project.

The initiative aims to prevent the aggravation of lifestyle-related diseases by targeting individuals identified as high-risk through specific health examinations. NAC Care will utilize its data-driven service to send personalized notification sheets to residents. These sheets will include individualized advice based on the recipients' past health examination results and trends, helping them view their health risks as personal matters and encouraging participation in health guidance programs.

Following the distribution of these notifications, city officials will conduct follow-up telephone encouragement to further increase participation rates and promote the improvement of lifestyle habits among National Health Insurance beneficiaries.
