Nachtfrequenz 2026 to host youth culture events across North Rhine-Westphalia

The nachtfrequenz 2026 event will bring youth culture to 106 cities and municipalities across North Rhine-Westphalia on September 25 and 26. Organized by the Landesvereinigung Kulturelle Jugendarbeit NRW e. V. (LKJ NRW), the initiative is considered the largest networked youth culture project in Germany.

More than 180 venues will participate, offering activities ranging from music, dance, and theater to graffiti, gaming, cosplay, and photography. Participating locations include several municipalities in the Ostwestfalen-Lippe region, such as Bielefeld, Paderborn, and Minden. The project is supported by the Ministry for Children, Youth, Family, Equality, Flight, and Integration of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia.
