Nachtfrequenz youth culture project to host events in Datteln and Waltrop

The 16th edition of ‘Nachtfrequenz’, a large-scale youth culture project in North Rhine-Westphalia, is scheduled for the weekend of September 25 and 26. Organized by the Landesvereinigung Kulturelle Jugendarbeit NRW, the event involves 106 municipalities and over 180 venues across the region.

In Datteln, the ‘Join the Night’ event will take place on September 26 near the Tigg-Tagg youth café, offering graffiti workshops and music from emerging artists and DJs. In Waltrop, the Yahoo youth café will host a ‘Retro Gaming Day’ from September 25 to 27, allowing young people to experience both classic and modern video games. The project aims to provide creative outlets for youth through various activities, including music, dance, theater, poetry slams, and cosplay.
