Nacional-AM and Uberlândia qualify for Serie D 2026 quarterfinals as Treze is eliminated

On 25–26 June 2026 the knockout stage of Brazil's Serie D concluded. Nacional-AM defeated Iguatu‑CE in a penalty shoot‑out 5‑4 after a 1‑1 draw in both legs, securing a historic first‑time berth in the quarter‑finals and keeping alive its hope of promotion to Serie C.

Uberlândia also advanced despite a 1‑0 loss to Portuguesa in the second leg, relying on the 2‑0 advantage they built in the first match to move on to the last eight.

Treze won the return leg against São José‑RS 1‑0 with a goal by Marquinhos, but missed all four of their penalties and were beaten 3‑0 in the shoot‑out, ending their campaign.

The eight clubs now set for the quarter‑finals are ABC‑RN, Gama‑DF, São José‑RS, ASA‑AL, Goiatuba‑GO, Nacional‑AM, CSA‑AL and Uberlândia‑MG, with match‑ups already drawn.
