Nada Association celebrates 30 years with charity concert in Rijeka

The Nada Association, which supports women with breast cancer, celebrated its 30th anniversary with a charity concert titled ‘Pjesmom za Nadu’ at the Croatian Cultural Center in Sušak, Rijeka. The event was part of Pink October activities aimed at promoting preventive health.

Performers included Urban&4, Neno Belan, Grupa Grad, Davor Lukas, Martina Majerle, and Nikolina Tomljanović. The sold-out concert brought together citizens and local officials, including Rijeka Mayor Iva Rinčić, to support the association’s mission of providing professional, psychosocial, and practical assistance during and after treatment.

Inka Miškulin, president of the Nada Association, stated that the funds raised will be used to improve the quality of life for patients. Specifically, the donations will go toward purchasing ‘cold gloves’ and ‘cold caps’ to help mitigate neuropathy and hair loss caused by chemotherapy.
