Nadia Beller to testify in Argentine ANDIS corruption probe
Nadia Beller, a Bolivian lawyer and former partner of political consultant Fernando Cerimedo, is scheduled to testify as a witness before Argentine prosecutors on September 23. The testimony will be conducted via teleconference through authorities in Santa Cruz, Bolivia.
Beller’s involvement pertains to an investigation into alleged corruption within Argentina’s National Disability Agency (ANDIS). The probe examines claims of fraudulent administration, bribery, and illicit association involving officials and medicine suppliers. Prosecutors are seeking to clarify the origins of leaked audio recordings attributed to former ANDIS head Diego Spagnuolo, which allegedly detail a kickback scheme.
Cerimedo, who is currently detained in Bolivia facing charges related to an attempted femicide against Beller, previously testified in September 2025. He claimed that Spagnuolo informed him of a corruption mechanism and suggested that President Javier Milei had been briefed on the matter during a meeting at Quinta de Olivos. Beller has stated she is willing to provide recordings of her conversations with Cerimedo to assist the investigation.
