Nadja Bjorlin confirms she will not return to Days of Our Lives

Actress Nadja Bjorlin has confirmed she will not be returning to the soap opera ‘Days of Our Lives’ to reprise her role as Chloe Lane. During an interview with Michael Fairman, Bjorlin stated that while producers offered her the opportunity to return to the series, she declined the offer to prioritize her current life and family in Ireland.

Bjorlin expressed that the decision was difficult, noting, “It hurt my heart to have to say no,” but clarified that she is in a different chapter of her life. While she did not explicitly confirm a replacement, she indicated support for whoever might eventually take over the role, stating, “I wish another actor all the best.”

Speculation regarding a recast has intensified, with rumors suggesting Sofia Mattsson may be hired to play the character. While Bjorlin declined to comment on specific casting details, her comments regarding the possibility of a successor have fueled fan discussions about the character's future in Salem.
