Naftal warns of fraudulent tire sales platforms

Naftal, the national petroleum products marketing and distribution company, has issued a warning regarding fraudulent online platforms and pages impersonating the company. These unauthorized entities are reportedly using Naftal’s name and logo to solicit orders for Continental brand tires.

The company clarified that no advance payments are required via bank transfers or accounts. Legitimate payments are made exclusively by Edahabia or bank card (CIB) at the time of tire collection from Naftal centers. Naftal emphasized that 'e-mahata.naftal.dz' is the only official authorized platform.

Citizens are advised to avoid interacting with unknown links and to verify information through official channels. Suspect pages should be reported via the company’s official messaging or by calling the contact center at 3305. Naftal stated it reserves the right to take legal action against those exploiting its brand for fraudulent purposes.
