Nagisa Watanabe shares handmade craft video after leaving Fuji TV

Nagisa Watanabe, a former Fuji TV announcer who left the network in late August 2024, recently shared a video on Instagram titled ‘Matcha Latte Candle Production Vlog’. In the video, she appears without makeup, noting that she was feeling unwell and filming in her pajamas to show her process authentically.

Watanabe explained that she has a long-standing passion for making things and currently sells handmade items, such as sashiko handkerchiefs, bottle ships, and candles, through her membership site, ‘Lighthouse’. She noted that because each item is handcrafted, production volume is limited.

Following the post, Watanabe opened her comment section, which had previously been closed. This move drew a large response from followers, many of whom expressed joy at being able to interact with her and commented on her appearance and well-being.
