NAGRAVISION deploys anti-piracy tech for Formula 1 in Croatia and Slovenia

NAGRAVISION, a Kudelski Group company, has announced the deployment of its NAGRA Venturi solution to protect Formula 1 content for broadcasters RTL Croatia and PRO PLUS Slovenia. The implementation aims to secure distribution across the Adriatic region for the 2026 season.

The technology combines real-time anti-piracy monitoring with network-level forensic watermarking to combat unauthorized content redistribution, which has increased due to the adoption of AI. Developed in collaboration with partner ATEME, the system was deployed within one month to provide actionable intelligence while maintaining high-quality viewing experiences for legitimate subscribers.
