Nailea Norvind distressed during Top Chef VIP 5 challenge

Tension arose during the filming of Top Chef VIP 5 in Mexico, a culinary competition featuring 20 celebrities competing for a $200,000 prize. Actress Nailea Norvind became visibly distressed after being asked to cook a guinea pig, which she described as the “worst thing that could happen” to her.

While guinea pig is a traditional ingredient in some Latin American countries like Colombia and Ecuador, it is less common in Mexico. The challenge also caused friction for participant Athenea Perez, who refused to handle a pig's head presented at her station.
