Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame inducts Class of 2026
The Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame inducted its Class of 2026 during a ceremony at Symphony Hall in Springfield, Massachusetts. The prestigious group includes several legends from both the WNBA and NBA.
Among the honorees were WNBA stars Candace Parker and Elena Delle Donne, along with the 1996 U.S. Women’s Olympic basketball team. Parker, a three-time WNBA champion, delivered an emotional speech reflecting on her career and personal journey.
NBA legends also received recognition, including six-time All-Star Amar’e Stoudemire, coach Doc Rivers, and coach Mike D’Antoni, who was honored for his influence on modern offensive strategies. Other inductees included Chamique Holdsclaw, Gonzaga coach Mark Few, and longtime NBA official Joey Crawford.
