Naiz Homes denies eviction claims in Donostia

Real estate developer Naiz Homes has denied allegations regarding evictions and defended its ongoing collaboration with the Donostia City Council. The company clarified that it is not executing evictions or initiating judicial proceedings for that purpose, following statements made by Mayor Jon Insausti concerning the company and the Azora fund.

Naiz Homes stated that it intends to respect all existing rental contracts and has reached agreements with most residents by offering personalized housing solutions. Regarding its Zurriola project, the developer described it as a comprehensive rehabilitation without demolition. The company noted that the properties, acquired in July 2025, are intended for sale as currently approved by the City Council.
