Naju City strengthens cooperation with relocated public institutions
Naju City held a working-level meeting with 15 public institutions relocated to the Bitgaram Innovation City to strengthen cooperation for regional economic revitalization and improved living conditions.
During the meeting, Naju City officials discussed upcoming local events, such as the 2026 Naju Yeongsan River Festival and the 12th Bitgaram Festival, requesting active participation from institution employees. The city also sought support for local consumption campaigns to boost small business sales ahead of the Chuseok holiday.
Moving forward, the city aims to evolve its relationship with these institutions into a practical partnership to address core challenges, including responding to the second phase of public institution relocation and developing future growth projects like the artificial sun research facility and the National Energy Science Museum.
