Nakanoshima Qross Cafe opens in Osaka with TERRA COFFEE ROASTERS supervision

Nakanoshima Qross Cafe has opened on the second floor of the Nakanoshima Qross international medical hub in Osaka. The cafe is supervised by the specialty coffee brand TERRA COFFEE ROASTERS, which provided support for the launch, including bean selection, roasting, extraction recipe design, and barista training.

Operating under the concept of ‘SCIENCE & ART’, the cafe aims to serve as a meeting point for medical professionals, visitors to the facility, and patrons of nearby cultural institutions like the Osaka Nakanoshima Museum of Art. The menu features specialty coffee with light, medium, and dark roasts, utilizing various extraction methods such as the ‘Hoop’ device and the AeroPress to highlight specific flavor profiles. In addition to coffee, the cafe offers various food items including toast, sandwiches, and sweets.
