Nakau announces return of seasonal sea urchin bowls

Nakau, a restaurant chain specializing in rice bowls and Kyoto-style udon, has announced the return of its seasonal sea urchin dishes. Starting September 2 at 11:00 AM, the company will offer the ‘Uni Don’ (sea urchin bowl) and the ‘Uni Maguro Don’ (sea urchin and tuna bowl).

The Uni Don features sea urchin prepared without alum, served over 100% domestic Japanese rice seasoned with rice vinegar and topped with shredded seaweed. The Uni Maguro Don combines sea urchin with minced tuna. The menu items will be available at approximately 446 locations, with options for small, regular, and large servings.
