Nakau launches new mushroom oyakodon menu

Nakau has announced the launch of its new mushroom oyakodon, featuring three types of mushrooms—shimeji, enoki, and eryngii—prepared in a Japanese-style ajillo sauce with garlic and seafood umami.

The menu includes several variations: a standard mushroom oyakodon, a version topped with a rich three-cheese blend (mozzarella, gouda, and steppen) with red cheddar sauce, and a version featuring a soft-boiled egg. Prices for the standard size start at 690 yen.
