Nakheel unveils 44 luxury villas on Palm Jebel Ali

Nakheel has announced a limited release of 44 beachfront villas on Frond F of Palm Jebel Ali in Dubai. The release, which includes the Beach and Coral Collections, features 10 distinct architectural designs.

The Beach Collection consists of five- and six-bedroom villas ranging from approximately 7,500 to 8,500 square feet. The Coral Collection offers larger six- and seven-bedroom residences between 11,500 and 12,500 square feet. The villas were designed in collaboration with NAGA Architects, SAOTA, LW Design Group, and LOCI Architecture, focusing on indoor-outdoor living and privacy.

Phased handovers for the first villas are scheduled to begin in late 2026 and continue through 2027. To date, Nakheel has awarded over Dh13 billion in construction and infrastructure contracts for the Palm Jebel Ali project. The development spans seven islands and 16 fronds, featuring 120 kilometers of coastline and planned community infrastructure, including a retail center and a mosque.
