Nakło nad Notecią: 13-year-old dies in scooter and bus collision

A 13-year-old boy named Natan died following a collision with a bus in Nakło nad Notecią, Poland. The incident occurred on Monday, September 21, around 3:00 PM, as the boy was riding his scooter home from school.

The accident took place at a pedestrian crossing near a bus parking area on Mortecka Street. Witnesses noted the boy appeared to be traveling at a high speed before entering the path of the bus. Emergency services and firefighters arrived at the scene, but the injuries were too severe to save him.

In response to the tragedy, the boy's school has declared a period of mourning. Students and teachers are participating in emotional support sessions with psychologists, and a memorial corner has been established in the building. A special assembly is scheduled to honor his memory, and his funeral is set for Saturday, September 26.
