NaKoBeMo conference to address digital mobility and AI

The National Conference for Corporate Mobility (NaKoBeMo) is scheduled for November 24 and 25, 2026, at the Heidelberg Congress Center. The event focuses on the digital, sustainable, and cost-efficient management of corporate mobility, specifically examining how artificial intelligence and vehicle data can optimize fleet decision-making.

Speakers including Leon Aink from Geotab and Katharina Meyer from TÜV Rheinland will discuss the integration of AI and the intelligent use of mobility data. The conference aims to help decision-makers navigate the technical requirements and organizational challenges of digitalization, while addressing critical concerns regarding data security and privacy.

Separately, the company MOBIKO has launched Heimlademanager Pro, a module designed to automate the reimbursement process for employees charging electric company cars at home. This development follows new German tax regulations effective January 1, 2026, which ended the practice of fixed monthly charging flat rates without proof of usage.
