Nakrob Fairtex and Parham Gheirati set for Muay Thai clash

Nakrob Fairtex and Parham Gheirati are scheduled to face each other in a bantamweight Muay Thai bout at ONE Fight Night 48. The event will take place at Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok on Friday, October 2.

Gheirati, a 22-year-old Iranian fighter, is making his return following an ACL injury sustained approximately 10 months ago. He expressed confidence in his physical recovery, noting that his knee stability and balance have returned. Gheirati previously secured a knockout victory against Tyson Harrison while managing the injury.

Nakrob Fairtex, a 27-year-old Thai veteran, enters the match following a decision win over Jacob Smith. While Nakrob is noted for a patient fighting style, Gheirati is looking to move past his previous loss to Rambolek Chor Ajalaboon and eventually challenge for the ONE Championship belt.
