NALU beachfront residences sell for $41.25 million in Miami
Three residences at the NALU development in Miami on the Gold Coast have sold for a combined total of $41.25 million. The individual sales ranged from $13.25 million to $14.5 million.
The highest sale featured a ground-floor, three-bedroom beachfront residence including a private swimming pool, a 274-square-metre terrace, approximately 300 square metres of internal living space, and a four-car enclosed garage. Two other three-bedroom residences on the third level, each measuring 381 square metres and offering uninterrupted ocean views, sold for $13.5 million and $13.25 million respectively.
Monaco Property Group’s $500 million NALU project is located at the base of Nobby’s headland. Michael Kollosche, principal of the exclusive sales and marketing agency Kollosche, noted that while buyers are becoming more discerning and cautious due to the economic environment, they are acting decisively on irreplaceable assets. Interest in the project has come from local Gold Coast residents as well as buyers from Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and New Zealand.
