Nam A Bank Secures $20 Million Green Financing from Swiss SIFEM

Vietnamese commercial bank Nam A Bank (HOSE: NAB) signed an international green credit agreement with the Swiss development finance institution SIFEM AG and accessed an additional $20 million from funds managed by responsAbility Investments AG. The deal was announced at the Vietnam Green Finance Conference 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City, attended by regulators, investors and a representative of the Swiss consulate. With this financing, Nam A Bank’s total international capital mobilised since the start of the year rises to nearly $350 million. The funds will be directed to the bank’s green‑credit portfolio, supporting sustainable projects that meet ESG standards and improving the bank’s capacity to channel long‑term green investment into Vietnam’s economy.
