Nam Long Group expands Japanese urban development partnerships

Nam Long Group has strengthened its long-term urban development model through strategic partnerships with major Japanese corporations. This collaborative approach, characterized by a philosophy of co-ownership and co-operation, involves integrating international expertise with local market requirements.

Since 2015, Nam Long has worked with Hankyu Hanshin Properties and Nishi-Nippon Railroad. The partnership network expanded in 2025 to include Tokyu Corporation, which contributes experience in integrating transportation with commercial and community services.

On September 24, Nam Long, Hankyu Hanshin Properties, and Nishi-Nippon Railroad held a ceremony to celebrate the successful completion of the Akari City project. The event marked the achievement of goals regarding product development, legal compliance, and community formation.
