Namberdar Bio Fuels files DRHP for IPO on BSE SME

Namberdar Bio Fuels Limited, an Uttar Pradesh-based manufacturer and supplier of biodiesel (B100) and related by-products, has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the BSE SME platform in preparation for an Initial Public Offering (IPO).

The IPO will consist of up to 3,500,000 equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each. This includes a fresh offer of up to 3,000,000 shares and an offer for sale of up to 500,000 shares by promoter Arvind Chaudhary. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the fresh offer to repay or prepay certain borrowings of up to ₹520.00 lakhs, fund working capital requirements of up to ₹700.00 lakhs, support inorganic growth through acquisitions, and for general corporate purposes.

Namberdar Bio Fuels converts renewable and waste-based feedstocks, such as animal fats, used cooking oil, and non-edible vegetable oils, into biodiesel and associated products like crude glycerine and fatty acids. The company primarily serves B2B customers, including industrial units and Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs).
