Namen-Jesu-Kirche in Bonn introduces interactive digital media station

The Namen-Jesu-Kirche in Bonn has implemented a new interactive knowledge and media station designed to make centuries of history and religious themes accessible through modern digital tools. Developed by Atelier Steinbüchel & Partner in collaboration with the Namen-Jesu-Kirche Foundation, the concept combines analog communication with digital interaction.

The installation features a multi-sensory approach, including a yellow cube with a large touchscreen and three information walls covering topics such as faith, current events, and architecture. The project aims to engage the approximately 100,000 annual visitors of varying ages and interests by providing a low-threshold, curiosity-driven way to explore the church's history and contemporary role in the community.
