Nami Uraraka ni, Meoto Biyori episode 3 airs on Fuji TV

The third episode of the Fuji TV drama “Nami Uraraka ni, Meoto Biyori” aired on October 29, focusing on the evolving relationships of two couples set in 1937. The story follows Natsumi (Kyoko Yoshine) and her husband Takimasa (Hibiya Honda) during a trip to Nikko. After a period of anxiety regarding Takimasa’s whereabouts and the realities of being a naval officer’s wife, the couple strengthens their bond and mutual support.

Another couple, Fukami (Yuta Koseki) and Fumiko (Erika Ikuta), also showed increased intimacy as they began to reveal more personal sides of themselves to one another.

The episode introduced a new character, a painter named Machida (Yuki Izumiwa), who assists Natsumi when she becomes lost in the woods. This encounter has sparked viewer speculation on social media regarding Machida’s true identity and his potential connection to the main characters, as his presence appeared more intentional than a mere coincidence.
