Nammos Hotels & Resorts announces luxury residences in Montenegro

Nammos Hotels & Resorts has announced the launch of Nammos Residences Montenegro, a new ultra-luxury branded residential project on the Budva Riviera. The development will feature 70 private residences located between Budva and Petrovac, near Sveti Stefan, with completion scheduled for 2029.

This expansion marks the brand's transition from its well-known restaurant concept into a comprehensive luxury lifestyle ecosystem. The project's architecture is designed by the Montenegrin studio ANDU, while interiors are being handled by the Athens-based studio ELASTIC. The aesthetic is intended to reflect the Adriatic coast, utilizing natural stone, wood, and brass.

Carolyn Turnbull, CEO of Nammos Hotels & Resorts, stated during a presentation in Belgrade that the move into branded residences allows the company to extend its 20-year legacy of luxury and connection into a new segment of the hospitality market.
